Man, did you see that old cruiser guy beat that 14 year old? He was pretty close to the 16 year old for the win too! Big ups to old guys! ;-)
Did I see it? I was CHASING those kids. Being 40, I think it's okay for me to call my good buddy Jason Leikam a kid.
Jason's always had a terrific start and still has plenty of track speed.
That those two riders (16 & 37) with distinctively different riding styles, were so competitive on that lap, really says a lot about the design of the Milwaukee BMX track. Steve Spencer from the ABA built us a good one for sure and Mike Froh continues to tweak and improve the thing as we move forward.
I wonder if this "anonymous" poster is really Dan Tavela? He's another "old guy" that is perfectly capable of laying the smack on some kids !!!
